You've booked a cruise departing from the beautiful port of Tampa, Florida, on either Norwegian, Carnival, Holland America, or Royal Caribbean.

You've thought of everything. Or have you? Something you hadn't considered pops into your mind. "Where will we park the car in Tampa while we're on the cruise? How will we get to the terminal with our luggage? Will our car be secure while we're away?"

For a moment you're practically panic stricken. Then you realize you can't be the first cruise traveler facing this problem.

Surely there's parking at the Port of Tampa itself. You've heard that there's plenty to see and do around the port area--shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Channelside, not to mention the Florida Aquarium and Ybor City itself.

So, you check out the Tampa Port's website, and you realize it's going to cost $15 per day to park in their garage. Seems expensive. Can you do better?

You search online for parking near the Port of Tampa, and you see lots of listings and ads promising lower prices. You click through and find it's not so difficult. Head north on I-275 N, take exit 44 toward Downtown E/Downtown W. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Tampa St. and merge onto N. Tampa St. Turn left onto E Cass St.  Turn right onto Pierce St.  Turn left onto E Zack St.  Lot is on the left when you reach N. Nebraska.  Amtrak station is on opposite side of N. Nebraska.

FROM SOUTH I-275
Head south on I-275 S toward Exit 46A. Take exit 46A toward Floribraska Ave.  Merge onto N Elmore Ave.  Turn left onto E. Floribraska Ave.  Take the 3rd right onto N. Nebraska Ave.  Continue 1.3 miles to E. Zack St.  The Amtrak station will be on your left.  Parking will be on your right.

FROM I-4 WEST
Head west on I-4.  Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 275/Tampa International Airport/Saint Petersburg.  Take ecxit 45A toward Downtown E.  Turn left onto Scott St.  Turn right onto N. Nebraska Ave. Continue 0.3 miles to E. Zack St.  The Amtrak station will be on your left.  Parking will be on your right.

 

 

Goody Goody Lot (1119 N. Florida Ave., Tampa 33602)

Please note, the Tampa Cruise Parking Lot is located two blocks south of I-275 on N. Florida Ave. It is a ONE-WAY street.

FROM NORTH I-275
Head north on I-275 N, take exit 44 toward Downtown E/Downtown W. While keeping right at the fork in the road, you will follow the traffic signs for Tampa St. and merge onto N. Tampa St. Be alert, you will have to merge over to the left and make an immediate left onto E. Cass St. (if you miss E. Cass St. you can also go down 2 more blocks and make the left turn on E. Zach St.) After turning left on to E. Cass St or E. Zach St. You will go 2 blocks and then take a 2nd left onto N. Florida Ave.

After you cross over Harrison Ave. and pass by the tall apartment building, the parking lot will be on your right hand side. Keep a look out for Cruise Parking signage. If you pass Fortune St. or go under the I-275 over pass, you have gone too far.

FROM SOUTH I-275
Head south on I-275 S toward Exit 45A. Take exit 45A toward Downtown E Tampa.
You will cross over Scott St. and merge onto N Jefferson St. N. Jefferson will dead end into Harrison St. Take a right on Harrison St. The third intersection on Harrison St. with be N. Florida Ave. There will be a tall apartment building on your right. Take a right on to N. Florida Ave. The parking lot will be located on your right off of N. Florida Ave., directly behind the apartment building and their parking lot. Keep a look out for Cruise Parking signage. If you pass Fortune St. or go under the I-275 over pass, you have gone too far.

How late can I make a reservation? Reservations can be made at any time, even the day of your arrival.

What do I do when I get to the lot? Upon arriving at the lot, you will show your receipt to the attendant or driver and place the reciept on the front driver's side dashboard for proper verification by 717 staff.

Will the shuttle driver help me load bags? Yes, the shuttle driver will help you with your bags.

Will the shuttle pick us up from the seaport? Yes, the shuttle driver will pick you up from the seaport. Your purchase receipt will have the shuttle phone number and procedure for pickup. Simply pick up your luggage, go to the designated area, and contact the shuttle.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 24 hours before your departure date. Upon cancellation you will only be charged for one day plus the processing fee. We apologize that we cannot provide any refund for cancellations within 24 hours of your departure date.

How do I request a cancellation of my reservation? Cancellation must be in writing to info@717parking.com to cancel your reservation. If it within the guidelines listed above your reservation will be cancelled accordingly. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your request. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

How long does it take to see a credit on my credit card statement? After we provide you a credit it usually takes up to 7 days, but may take as much as 30 days to show on your statement, depending on your financial institutions' policies.

Names
The owner/operator of this website may be referred to in these Terms of Use as the Webmaster. The owner and the operator of the Parking Facility where you elect to book a reservation may be referred to in this section collectively as the Operator, 717 Parking Enterprises, or Affiliate.

Where the Parking Facilities Are Located
All Parking Facilities are located within close proximity to your departure location. Directions will be contained in the Booking Confirmation that is emailed to you immediately upon booking your reservation. You driving directions will be from you billing address; the directions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are provided to us from direction "finders" etc. Google, Yahoo, and Mapquest. We will not be held responsible for the accuracy of these directions. We advise that you plan your route ahead of time as adjustments may be necessary.

Access to Parking Facilities
All Parking Facilities will generally be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. However, you will only be able to check-in, in person, and use the affiliates shuttle services during the affiliates normal business hours, which are generally 24 hours, or are varied based upon the hotels/parking facilities; holiday hours will vary. Parking Facilities will not accept your vehicle if it is a commercial, recreational or other oversized vehicles that cannot fit into a single parking stall.  All of the Parking Facilities are "Park At Your Own Risk". Operator is not responsible for your vehicle or any items left inside your vehicle.

Transportation
Transportation to and from your departure location is provided during the hours listed above, or during specific time frames set by the parking facility through the use of shuttle services.  Please allow at least 30 minutes of additional time when arriving at the Parking Facility to facilitate getting to your departure location on time.  Please adjust this time by adding not less than an additional 30 minutes for the shuttle service. Please know that you can check-in, in advance, by calling the facilities' front desk if you wish to use the Parking Facility but not the shuttle service. 

Making a Reservation for Someone Else
The Webmaster does allow you to make a reservation for someone other than yourself.  You will only need to put the name of the person parking your vehicle on the Booking Confirmation in the blank entitled "Driver Information".

Additional Charges for Staying Longer than Reserved
You hereby give to the Webmaster your express authority, without further notice to or communication with you, to charge to the credit card you used to book your reservation the additional parking fees you owe to Operator for each day beyond the final date of your reservation you use the Parking Facility ("Additional Fees"). The daily Additional Fee rate is that shown on the website at the time you book your reservation.

The reservation time for drop off and arrival refer to your arrival time at the parking location.  If your trip is delayed, please call 717 Parking Enterprises or visit our website (717parking.com) to extend your reservation.  If you do not use our website you will be charged by the parking location at their premium rate for parking your vehicle over the reservation time.  The discounted rates are only guaranteed if you use 717 Parking Enterprises.

Operator's Right to Remove Your Vehicle from the Parking Facility
You agree that Operator has the right, at your sole cost and expense, to have your vehicle removed from the Parking Facility in the event you leave your vehicle in the Parking Facility for more than ten (10) days beyond the final date of your reservation as booked by you with the Webmaster. In such event, your vehicle will be subject to being towed by our vehicle towing company. You agree that you are solely responsible for any and all towing and storage fees that are charged by the towing company, in addition to the Additional Fees you owe the Operator. In any event or issue, the Parking Facility Operators reserve the right to hold keys and valet park your vehicle in the Parking Facility.

Voluntary Assumption of Risk
This website functions as an information source to connect travelers in need of destination parking with privately owned Parking Facility Operators. The Parking Facility Operator agrees to make every good faith effort to honor your reservation. In the event of unforeseen situations, including but not limited to, Acts of God, War, or other conditions such as, severe weather conditions, your reservation could be cancelled.

You freely, knowingly and voluntarily assume and are solely responsible for all risks of any kind associated with: using this website; dealing with the Operator; dealing with any other third parties with whom you come in contact as a result of or incident to your use of this website; being on the Operator's property; parking at the Parking Facility; and using any shuttle service. You also park at your own risk and are solely responsible for your vehicle and any items left inside your vehicle.
Although the Webmaster makes every effort to provide accurate and clear information on the website, the material on this website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Operator makes no representation about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the website or the information provide therein. You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold the Operator, and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives completely harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, suits, claims, judgments, fines or demands of any kind arising by reason of injury to or death of any person, or damage to any property, including reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, expenses, and expert witness fees, of any nature whatsoever arising out of or incident to or in any manner associated with: (i) any reservations made hereunder; (ii) any occurrences or incidents at or related to the Parking Facility; (iii) the use or occupancy of the Parking Facility; (iv) any occurrences or incidents in, on or related to the use of any shuttle service; and (v) the use or occupancy of any shuttle; regardless of where the injury, death or damage may occur.

You further agree to protect, defend, indemnify hold the Operator, and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives completely harmless from and against any and all travel-related costs, expenses, losses, claims, fines, transportation, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect costs, losses or expenses in any manner associated with or incident to: (i) any reservations made hereunder; (ii) any occurrences or incidents at or related to the Parking Facility; (iii) the use or occupancy of the Parking Facility; (iv) any occurrences or incidents in, on or related to the use of any shuttle service; (v) the use or occupancy of any shuttle; and (vi) any occurrences or incidents in, on or related to the storage of your vehicle in any municipal garage to which your car was relocated; regardless of when or where the cost, lost or expense may occur.

Severability
The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective solely to the extent such part is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use to remain in full force and effect. However, if any provision is unenforceable or invalid in one particular jurisdiction, such unenforceability or invalidity will not affect in any manner the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You understand and agree that any and all disputes between you and the Operator arising out of or associated with: (i) any reservations made hereunder; (ii) any occurrences or incidents at or related to the Parking Facility; (iii) the use or occupancy of the Parking Facility; (iv) any occurrences or incidents in, on or related to the use of any shuttle; and (v) the use or occupancy of any shuttle shall be subject to jurisdiction only in the state in which the Parking Facility is located, and all parties freely and voluntarily consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of such state, and only those courts, for all such disputes. You and the Operator further understand and agree that venue for any such dispute shall be proper only in the county or district in which the Parking Facility is located, and each party freely and voluntarily consents to venue in that county, and only in that county, for all such disputes.

Waiver of Right to Jury Trial
You and the Operator expressly, freely, knowingly and voluntarily waive your respective rights to trial by jury of any action or proceeding between or among them or their successors arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use.

Acknowledgement
These Terms of Use, including all documents and information referenced herein, represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Operator, and supersede any other offers, promises, representations or statements not contained herein. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use by your use of this website. You acknowledge that these Terms of Use are subject to change without notice to or prior consent from you; however, any such changes after you make a reservation shall not be effective as to that particular reservation

Methods of Payment
717 Parking Enterprises accepts the following methods of payment to accommodate your needs: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Changes to your itinerary
To make changes to your itinerary please put it in writing to info@717parking.com and call 717 Parking Enterprises at 1-800-310-7275 or (813) 228-7722 from 9AM-4PM on Monday through Friday.  All changes must me made 24 hours in advance of drop-off date. To change your pick-up time and date please verify by calling and emailing us. For extending your parking time/date, an additional service fee will be charge, at the regular daily rate, for that parking facility.

Our Cancellation Policy
717 Parking Enterprises allows cancellations for any reservations at no charge so long as 717 Parking Enterprises is given a 48 hour notification by phone at (800) 310-7275 or (813) 228-7722 from 9AM-4pm Monday through Friday. If a cancellation occurs with less than a 24 hour notice, 717 Parking Enterprises applies a 50% cancellation fee to the amount paid subject to a minimum of $2.50 plus the service fee. No cancellations are given after the day of or after your reservation time has passed. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservation.

717 Parking Enterprises Liability
717 Parking Enterprises functions as a third party to connect travelers in search of discounted parking with privately owned parking lot. 717 Parking Enterprises makes every effort to honor your reservation.  In the event of unforeseen situations, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, War, or other conditions such as, severe weather conditions, your reservation could be canceled.  Although we attempt to affiliate with only reputable, licensed and insured companies, 717 Parking Enterprises has no control over the quality or safety of any vehicles parked at the parking facility.

You assume all risks associated with dealing through this website and agree to hold harmless 717 Parking Enterprises and its managers from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any sort to your vehicle or person incurred.  Additionally, you agree to hold harmless 717 Parking Enterprises and its managers from any travel related expenses incurred as a direct or indirect result of but not limited to, missed or rescheduled travel, transportation expenses due to rescheduling, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect expenses.

Promotions/Discounts

717 Parking Enterprises will from time to time allow for promotions and discounts. These discounts must be used at time of booking, and can only be used once. Once the reservation has been place and the code was not used, no money will be refunded, credited, or applied at a later reservation. 

Credits

717 Parking Enterprises will from time to time allow customers "credits" to be used or redeemed for future reservations. All credits must be used by the person credits are given to and no one else. The credits are good for the next booking at the same location and must be used within 90 days of issuing the credits. The full amount of the credit must be used all at once, no "rollovers."
